hi i need help im unable to play black ops 1 online/multiplayer. message i recive tells me to go to call of duty website and check the status i have done that and its on defcon 5 and there is nothing wrong with my internet need help plzzzz

The servers might be down. Wait an hour and if doesn't work try clearing the cache of your HDD and try again.

On PC this usually means your banned, but obviously you're not.

Is there an error code popping-up?
If yes, please give us the exact status-code that you recieve.
If not, would you mind to test your Internet Connection.
You can do that by doing following:
1. On Xbox Home, go to Settings, select System and then select Network Settings.
2. Choose your network: Wireless Network or Wired Network.
3. Select Test Xbox Live Connection and then provide us with the details that you recieve.
