Xbox One 36bits Per Pixel Stuck

Hi guys really need help on this one. Any Ideas?

I was testing the different bits per pixel settings and now I'm stuck with an unsupported signal on my tv. I changed the setting to 36 bits per pixel and now I can't get my xbox to show anything on my tv even with a power reset. Is there anyway I can reset that setting without being able to see what the xbox is actually showing??? Please help!!

Ive tried taking out any disc in xbox one and pressing the eject and power on button no no help.
