My xbox really taking a looong time to start. I mean really super long time. The most worse case is, it start after 2 hour and a half. Can someone please help me with this.

Xbox 360 slim 4 gb with kinect takes forever to start

i know they do take longer to start up with Kinect,but thats mad,is there much spare memory? if your 4GB is full that could slow it down,delete any unnecessary items and clear your cache as well,also try starting your Xbox without Kinect

try to clear your system cache, and maybe use a USB drive for your saves and things.
