Buying it online there is a delay on when the points may get to you. try clearing your update cache to quicken the process if nothing within a few hours. Call microsoft support.

Oh no! That's quite a few points to be missing! But I bet we can find them. First I definitely would second the suggestion for re-downloading your profile through the Sign In screen. That has a very good shot of clearing it up. If there's no good there, let's log in to commerce.microsoft.com and go to Points History. That'll show us where they are for sure. Please let us know how that goes and we'll take it from there!
