My brother Yvon Dessus was on his xbox 360, playing nba2k11, when someone hacked my brother's profile account and deleted his friends, changed his password, deleted his bio information, he is unable to get back into the system. He call xbox and informed informed of the situation, they stated it would take them 7 days to do research on his complaint. Our cousin, chatted with (MOD Edit) my cousin asked who is this and (MOD Edit) said this is not "TG SA1nTz FaN" account anymore, then he told my cousin if he keeps talking he will take his account also. He would appreciate it if you can track this down, because he just paid on his account on 6/17/11 and now he can not play online.

Please don't call out other users on the forums. Also the only way your issue can be resolved is by speaking to Xbox Live Customer support and letting them do there investigation.

Also make sure to file a complaint against the user and block communication.
