mese omaggio assistenza Xbox?

mi è stato comunicato dallo stesso centro assistenza Xbox che una volta che avessi ricevuto l'Xbox riparata avrei avuto diritto ad un mese gratuito Gold Live....

qualcuno di voi sa come attivarlo e/o come trovarlo? (non ditemi che devo per forza creare un nuovo account/gametag)

Ma fino ad ora con le console riparate ti mandavano una schedina prepagata con un codice da riscattare.

deduco dunque che mi hanno detto al telefono una cosa per un altra.. nel pacco di ritorno ho trovato solamente un Cd con gli aggiornamenti dell'Xbox e un foglio scritto in inglese che parlava della riparazione.

si esatto e un foglio scritto in inglese;

il mio problema era il lettore DVD che ogni 3x2 creava problemi e rilevava cd rigati o sporchi pur essendo nuovi..

Non c'era insieme al cd e foglietti vari una scheda prepagata di un mese di gold? Chiedi al supporto se è ancora prassi mandarlo questo gold di un mese e se così fosse digli che tu non l'hai ricevuto...

tutto risolto, ho chiamato l'assistenza, ha verificato e probabilmente si sono dimenticati di metterla, ha eseguito una procedura online e mi ha attivato il mese richiesto! Grazie ad entrambi per le risposte... :)

ho un problema con xbox quando metto un gioco dopo un po si blocca e dopo un paio di volte che accendo e spengo poi non lo fa piu sopratutto questo problema lo fa quando xbox e fredda qualcuno sa cosa consigliarmi
