Mass Effect 3 Collectors Edition: Details released

EA and Bioware have today revealed the contents of the Mass Effect 3 Collector’s Edition.


There is plenty of decent content included such as a Fabric N7 patch, a 70 page hardbook and a premium metal case.
 

You can even get hold of a robotic dog for on board the Normandy. Sounds interesting huh?

Mass Effect 3 Collector’s Edition

● Premium metal case featuring male and female Commander Shepard
● 70-page hardbound art book
● Limited edition Mass Effect comic by Dark Horse Comics
● Fabric N7 patch.
● Exclusive 4×6 lithographic print of the SR-2 Alliance Normandy
● Additional in-game content including
● N7 Arsenal Pack – Bring the firepower with the N7 Sniper Rifle, Shotgun, SMG, and Pistol.
● Squad alternate appearance pack
● Robotic Dog for on board the Normandy
● Mass Effect 3 digital soundtrack
 

The content is identical for all three versions – PS3, Xbox 360, and PC – with each priced at $79.99, which we presume will translate to around £59.99 in the UK.

A shame the Collectors Edition is only available at Game here in the UK.

It's also a shocking price increase over the regular version. I'm getting the regular version of Mass Effect 3 for the PC from Amazon and it is costing me £27.99.

The Collectors Edition is £69.99, over double the price LINK. That is the same price on 360, PS3 and PC.

Now everyone here knows I love Mass Effect but that is just too much for my pocket.

That info has been out for a while, it hasn't just been released today.

Had mine on preorder since July.
