When you say "fake email" do you mean a non-existent one? Have you ever accessed this email address at any point in the past?

nope. i was young and foolish. this email for my account, [MOD REMOVED] , never existed.

I am a little confused. In order to complete a profile process, you must attach a Microsoft account to the profile. Are you 100% certain that this email address is fake?

yes it is. i guarentee thats my account tho. ive had it since fourth grade :(

Okay, well firstly you going to want to review THIS link. I notice from your opening post that it sounds as though you have exhausted that route before, but its always best to review the support just in case something was overlooked.

Failing that, the last step you are going to have to take is contacting phone support. You can do that by clicking HERE. Explain to them what you have explained to me and so long as you can prove that you own the account, I am sure they can help you identify the problem and resolve it with you over the phone. They will ask you some security questions so be sure to have some personal details at hand  in order to show them that you own the account (credit card, address ect...).

You used fake information when you set up your account. That is the reason why you are having trouble. It is no one's fault but your own.
