I have personal info in my gamertag and i'm getting abuse over facebook

My son's gamertag is Tz Zinq, and my son have been getting multiple hate messages over social networking sites such as facebook from people on the Xbox 360 being able to see his details.

 

If there would be a possibility of a gamertag change then please contact me. 

Unfortunately you cannot just request a gamertag change. Block the kids on Facebook and/or Xbox live. They both have the button to do so.

You can change his gametag for 800 points. I don't think it will do much good for you. Just set his profile to talk to friends only. Then block the users on LIVE. Hide his online status as well. Then go to facebook or where ever it is and have him or you block them there.
