i have a social and gaming limited on my xbox

when im on xboxlive, sometimes i cant get a challeng with anyone, i always get the, game not availbile thing , and it s been doin that all the time now.   my original xbox was stolen, and i got another one, and the former owner that sold it to me had all kinds of stuff on it, about 57 apps were up n running on my xbox live account, and it showed that i had , social and gaming limited to xbox 360, joining other xbox live members.   how do i fix this.   help please. thank you

I've got the same problem and i'm confused.. Haven't heard anything yet...

go to your storage device and click on the hard drive from there go to games and apps and delete the apps that u do not want after that go to your hard drive and highlight it and press Y on the control and clear out the system cache 3x after that  try out your stuff and see if your are still getting problems

Xbox Live status page shows that gameplay in Call of Duty: Black Ops II is limited, due to a maintenance.

If your issue is not only limited to this title specific, please detailing out situation and which titles you're having trouble playing.

I can't do anything example. since 7 may I can't login to Xbox Live. Also is not typed (In Poland xbox status) that is only limited for CoD BO III. Somebody know what happened and when it get fix?

I'm having some major connection issues with match making and connecting with friends yet normally I'm completely fine. Ive done everything that your supposed to do to fix it but didn't do anything  and then it came up with a service alert for match making .
