The 360 Gremlin

HELP! CAN'T ADD PAYPAL (ERROR 40101)

Just thought I'd ask the community if anyone knows what this 40101 error is and if there's a fix for it (appears after I click 'pay with paypal' tab on manage my payment options)

Screenshot attached. I get the error to. VERY ANNOYING!! Especially due the the pathetic inability to take payment from debit cards!
