Gamerscore error

sorry 4 achivements, and these are all said to be obtained offline

Does anybody else have access to your gamertag, or to the email and password of your gamertag?

BTW, all achievements from DR2 are obtainable offline.  The problem you have is the specific achievements, such as you have "Kill 72,000 zombies" without getting "Kill 500 zombies" achievement, "kill 5,000 zombies" achievement, etc.

It's possible he got those achievements prior to the reset. Since they'd be locked off after the reset that'd explain why he has the kill 72,000 zombies achievements without the prior ones.

I need help, I went on vacation for a month and my cousin took my hard drive and I had 15,342 legit and when i came back i had 43,000 and I got banned and now i have 8,200 for some reason, and my zone says cheater, can you guys help me get my zone off of cheater, because i really wanna go back to earning achievements in my games

Need to phone support and get an unauthorised access investigation opened. If it finds in your favour then the cheater watermark will be removed. If not you're stuck with it for the life of the account. Regardless of what happens with the investigation any achievements earned or ill gotten prior to the reset are permanently locked post reset otherwise it wouldn't be much of a punishment. If you decide to start a new account I'd make your cousin pony up the money for the membership.

no one else has access to my account detail or password and i had a few of those achivements before i got reset  such as 500 kills but nowhere near as many as that, i havent even got that much money on it.

i have contacted support and they put a note under my name saying that i have contacted them about this, i just dont want to get reset or even banded for this as i have not done anything :s  and also i want to get it sorted so i can buy live without anything happening after.

If you get banned or reset you're on your own. That's not us being spiteful that is the policy. If you got those achievements in a legitimate fashion then you'll be OK. If you modded for them then you're in trouble.

Right, there not modded like my last time, but i dont remember getting them, i dont know where they have come from,( not sounding stupid) . can you tell  me if there legitimate or somthing,
