I have a user account on my console (offline). Create the live (internet) has a new name (gamertag) would like to know how do I change my internet account so that it is the same as my console.

You'd promote the offline account. Sign into it, click the avatar box and then the top option. Follow the instructions and you're away.

Yeah, you'll have an XBL generated Gamertag, but you get ONE free GT edit. I suggest saving it
