Error code E81 on updating

Hello, I bought Forza 4 and therefor i had to update my xbox. I tried to update, but always got the error E81 (update via network, via USB)

I also tried to clear memory cach, to reboot while pushing the sync-Button. Nothing changed. Updates resume in E81

Is my console banned ? I never opened the console. Or did I make something wrong on my account? I c'ant remember when i was last tim online with the xbox. I think it was in 2010 when I bought the XBOX. But I never changed or modified the XBOX (only the batteries of the controller)
