I have been having the same problem, guys. Whenever i go to sign in, it automatically disconnects me from Live, i have tested the connection multiple times and it says everything is in working order. I disconnected my router and modem and reconnected them,
but it's still doing it. I contacted Xbox Support, who told me to Clear my System Cache, which i did, but it was still doing it, he then said "According to the resources i have hear with me, your router is blocking your consoles connection, please contact
your ISP and have them unblock these ports-" and then he gave me multiple ports with numbers and letters such as UDP and TDP for my ISP to unblock. I am an educated adult, and i'm pretty darn sure that the setting within my router wouldnt change without notice
or reason, suddenly blocking access to ONE of my accounts on ONE of my three Xbox consoles. I also have another account, which is a silver membership, i logged into that one with no problem, i also have a console downstairs that my wife using to watch Netflix,
that one works fine as well, albeit with a different gold account. I ended up deleting my profile (just profile, not the items that are associated with it), and then attempted to redownload, but it just says "Xbox Live can't download profiles at this time.
Please try again later", along with the same error code, 8015190A. I have done some research on this error code, and it seems that is was most prevalent during the Christmas 2011 Dashboard Update. It seems that now, it is reoccuring. I also found an article
on a website concerning this issue, and it had over 1000 facebook comments, some as recently as a couple of hours ago, complaining of this issue. Also, when i look at my main profile from another console, it shows the Silver tenure bar instead of my normal
4-Year Gold Tenure bar, in addition to this, my GOLD account, which is also my main one, it acting exactly like a Silver account while on xbox.com. Anyway, that is my experience with this, i'll check back here to see your guys progress and i'll update with
