Error Code 8015190A Cant Sign In

Hi,  

When i go to sign in to Xbox live on my 360, it doesn't even finish the process of signing in and it says "disconnected from Xbox live" then says "your console cannot connect to Xbox live." with the error code 8015190A.

I also cannot play anything on my Xbox one keeps saying that i need gold but my subscription doesn't end till 4/11/2014

I have also reset my internet multiple times and also reset my Xbox one multiple times (by holding it in for 30 seconds)

Anyway i can fix this?

Im having the exact same problem m8 have you tried signing in with a different account ? I just made a new account and it signed in no problem I also just added a 7 day trial to the new account but it says im still silver

I have been having the same problem, guys. Whenever i go to sign in, it automatically disconnects me from Live, i have tested the connection multiple times and it says everything is in working order. I disconnected my router and modem and reconnected them, but it's still doing it. I contacted Xbox Support, who told me to Clear my System Cache, which i did, but it was still doing it, he then said "According to the resources i have hear with me, your router is blocking your consoles connection, please contact your ISP and have them unblock these ports-" and then he gave me multiple ports with numbers and letters such as UDP and TDP for my ISP to unblock. I am an educated adult, and i'm pretty darn sure that the setting within my router wouldnt change without notice or reason, suddenly blocking access to ONE of my accounts on ONE of my three Xbox consoles. I also have another account, which is a silver membership, i logged into that one with no problem, i also have a console downstairs that my wife using to watch Netflix, that one works fine as well, albeit with a different gold account. I ended up deleting my profile (just profile, not the items that are associated with it), and then attempted to redownload, but it just says "Xbox Live can't download profiles at this time. Please try again later", along with the same error code, 8015190A. I have done some research on this error code, and it seems that is was most prevalent during the Christmas 2011 Dashboard Update. It seems that now, it is reoccuring. I also found an article on a website concerning this issue, and it had over 1000 facebook comments, some as recently as a couple of hours ago, complaining of this issue. Also, when i look at my main profile from another console, it shows the Silver tenure bar instead of my normal 4-Year Gold Tenure bar, in addition to this, my GOLD account, which is also my main one, it acting exactly like a Silver account while on xbox.com. Anyway, that is my experience with this, i'll check back here to see your guys progress and i'll update with ANY new information i come across. -Lafayette

Also, i am an Xbox Ambassador and therefore have an obligation to help people with their issues, and to also help lighten the load a bit for Official Support. But guess what, the Ambassaback (The datebase used by ambassadors to help Live player) is currently not loading...its offline.

Hey m8 ive also deleted my profile only and tried re downloading but getting the same 4hing as you cant download at the moment with the same error code I can sign in to my account on xbox.com but its also acting like a silver account saying I need gold to send messages etc even tho my bank took my monthly payement out yesterday, my tenure was gold 5 years now its silver I hope we can get this sorted out.

I'm having the same problem. I deleted my profile and tried to re download, but i get this same error message and am unable to download my profile. It also says I'm a silver member. I can connect to live on my xbox one, but it won't register as me having a gold account.

Well, guys, its seems this one is going to probably somewhat of a waiting game. As it seems to me that all options have been tried by at least 1 person.
