Disconnecting from xbox live

hey ever since about 5 days ago i have not been able to stay connected to xbox live can someone please help

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Dublin Ireland

Modem brand & model number:  Cisco EPC2425

Router brand & model number:  Cisco EPC2425

Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired

Wireless

If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using?

WPA

Things you have tried:

Restoring the factory defaults,leaving the router off for a day

Is UPnP Enabled?

Unknown

Is NAT Type Open?

What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Cable

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Upc
When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen?

As a test is it possible to go wired to see if that resolves it? That way we know its just down to wireless. Or you could look at changing the wireless channel on your router to see if that helps, you can use a program like inSSIDer to see what other networks (and channels) are in use in your area and use one that doesn't overlap, more tips here:- www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../114-troubleshooting-and-improving-wireless

im not able to test if its wired yet but i will change the wireless channel to see if it works
