Comprei um jogo por engano

Pessoal, boa tarde!

É o seguinte, minha esposa estava mexendo no meu Xbox One e queria jogar forza 5.

Como ela não tem familiaridade com o xbo, ao invés de ir em Apps e clicar no jogo para jogar, ela foi em loja, selecionou o jogo, foi apertando o A e A novamente,  e comprou o jogo novamente (já tenho o jogo), rs.

Se pelo menos ela tivesse comprado um jogo que eu não tenho.

Queria saber se alguém sabe se posso fazer algo a respeito disso e se sim, o que pode ser feito

O será que terei que ficar com 2 forza 5 ?

não sei no One, mas no 360 a pessoa não é cobrada duas vezes pelo mesmo jogo. A não ser que vc tenha um físico e compre o mesmo jogo de novo na Live.

Foi exatamente isso que foi feito, eu tenho o jogo em mídia física e ela conseguiu compra-lo digitalmente.

Mas eu entrei em contato com a central e segundo eles será efetuado um credito em até 48 horas.
