After email hacking, and temp. closing of account...

Ok so I called Xbox Support and the support lady (Don't remember her name >.<) said she got it all filed. But she suggested to make it so no one can log into my Xbox live while your investigation team did their thing. I know exactly who hacked me and after legal threats he gave my email back. Sadly I didn't get my YouTube back yet but thats not the case.

 

 

Anways! I was wondering if I could get that lock off? I'm not sure if this is the forum to do so but I was told to come here for faster support.

 

My gamertag is iSnarpy.

Once an Unauthorized Access Investigation is opened you must wait until it is completed before you get access to your account. The investigation can take from 7-30 days to complete.

To avoid future instances of account theft I suggest you read and practice Account security for Xbox LIVE.
