Account Compromised, please advise.

My account has been compromised. 2400 Microsoft points have been spent, on Bayonetta and Quake Team Arena. Both Items are linked to a completely different Xbox then mine.

Stupidly, the person who had access to my account did not change any passwords. I have since changed everything.

However, he/she still has two full games that available for play on his/her system. Games I did not authorize (for purchase, download, or play, especially not to someone else's Xbox.)

I have the Xbox number that it is linked to (from my account page.) I'd prefer a refund of my points, the items removed from my account, and that Xbox banned, completely.

Now, I won't have time to call Ms phone support for a few days, due to work. Is there any chance this can be handled through the forums, and, more importnatly, is there any way I can secure my account more and prevent the thief from playing stolen content?

Make time to call them.

Hi there.

As knowitall has pointed out, you need to make time to contact the xbox support line to report this action regarding your account; no one, not even support can help through the forums unfortunately.

To be sure that your account is completely secure you may want to change the Windows Live ID that is associated to it as well.
