Hi,

·         Do you remember making any recent changes to the computer prior to this issue?

·         Do you have any Windows XP service pack installed on your computer?

·         What exactly happens when trying to perform any task on the computer?

·         What is the exact error?

·         Does the computer boot in Normal mode?
