what is ccplg,xml:

i try to undate my avira and it didn,t upgarde .the computer show this error code how i can,t remove it or up grade to any other kind of sofeware.

what is this code  ccplg,xml: how do i repair it or remove from my computer . itryed to uninstall it  but it said it couldn,t find it .i tryed disk cleaning,defraging

but nothing would remove this or repair. please tell me what to do.       jeff

1.    What is the exact error message?
2.    Have you made any recent changes to the computer prior to the issue?
