SynTPEnH.exe - System error (The program can't start because WININET.dll is missing,)

My computer is running Windows 7 and it show SynTPEnH.exe - System error 

( The program can't start because WININET.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem,)

So, How to fix this problem? Please help me.

1. Were there any changes or updates made on the computer prior to the issue?

2. When exactly do you get the error message?

 

Method 1:

Refer the link to use the system file checker tool (sfc) to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files in Windows 7:

Method 2:

Step 1:

Try to restart your computer in Safe mode and check if the problem persists.

If it works fine in safe mode try performing a clean boot to find the root cause
