dgen.exe makes CPU usage reaches 100%

Hello guys, I would like a help solving this problem... I have Windows 7 Professional and my computer suddenly started to run with 100% of my cpu usage, and when I checked which program was doing that I found it was dgen.exe .
I searched all internet to find a solution and didn't find, so I decided to create a topic hoping someone can help me and find a solution.

The things I installed by that time from now on werre just the normal windows updates and avira antivirus.

A quick google search revealed dgen.exe to be associated with several Ubisoft WWII flying simulators, and an assortment of different computer viruses.  If it was still possible to run programs like rkill and malwarebytes on Windows you could take care of this easily.  However, Windows included several updates in the last few months that cause the machine to freeze up and hang until you force a reboot when these programs are launched, so there's basically nothing you can do.
