Error 0x80240020 Windows 10

So this morning I woke up, hoping to see the Get Windows App sending me a notification telling me that my free copy of Windows 10 was ready. But when I woke up the Get Windows App looked just like how it looked before Windows 10 came out. So tonight I found out how to force start Windows 10 to start installing and it took a couple tries, but I managed to make it to the part where it completes looking for updates. It displayed error code  0x80240020. I tried and tried again, deleting all my files in the Downloads folder, which was recommended by many people, but it turns out it didnt work for me. Anyone have a more in-depth reason or fix to this bug?

I hope Microsoft releases a optional update that fixes the most common Windows 10 upgrading bugs. Please Microsoft, Please do this.
