Start-up Impact "not measured" in Task Manager

I would suggest you to follow the below methods & check if it helps.

Method: 1

I suggest you to place your computer in clean boot to check if any third party applications conflicting.

Clean boot will eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

Note: After you have finished clean boot, follow these steps to boot to normal startup.
a) Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.
b) In the ‘Run’ windows type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.
c) On the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Normal Startup’ option, and then click ‘OK’.
d) When you are prompted to restart the computer, click ‘Restart’

Method: 2

I suggest you to perform System File Checker (SFC) scan.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Thanks for the reply and suggestions. I tried the clean boot and there appeared to be no conflicts. I then used the System File Checker and it did find a few corrupted files and successfully repaired them. However, the task manager is still displaying a "not measured" message under the start-up impact.

Is there already a solution for not measured in taskmanager?

It's the End of 2016 and I was wondering after so many people have this problem if it is already solved by Microsoft??

The more u know the system the more u see the bugs.. and there are :/

Care to share some details?  FWIW the only "app" that I have which does this is StikyNot and I think it may be the only one which is "modern" (or at least more so than the others).   E.g. perhaps only old Win32 apps get "measured"?

Otherwise, another example I have is Speech Recognition.  It is rated "High".  So, if you don't have Speech Recognition enabled try turning it on and see if yours is then "High" too.

I have "NA";   "program";   "Nvidia server.." are in not measured..

How can I get rid of that?

I used multiple programs.. Jet Clean (for registry cleanup); Rebooting; troubleshooting... nothing helped yet..

I know it is an old thread but since I met this issue running windows 10 X64 pro last build 14393.726 , I decided to share my experience.

I then had this task manager not showing up startup impact last week , which concerned all my starting app.

I was very surprised since I remembered it was not the case before. So I decided to investigate and isolate ech starting app from my list. ( have a dozen I had allowed ) 

First you need to let windows diagnostic infrastructure service enable ( WDI )

At boot , windows stores some log files at that location :

C:\Windows\System32\wdi\LogFiles

on my setup , pb wasn't coming from that , all necessary services were enable .

BUT I discovered what causes the issue , I ran an app ( DISM ++ ) which is a tool to make some cleanup and I think I was too much agressive and it got rid of those files . 

I recovered a previous system image before using this tool and all my startup items impact were showing respectives values as default.( high , low etc ) 

So for those who have this pb maybe you ran some cleanup program which messed that like I did . 

Bad news , unless you made a backup image , I didn't found other way to get that feature back ! 

Now all is fine for me :) 

hope it helps but it wasn't some updates from windows 10 responsible. 

Running windows 10,,  I disabled all items in startup column in task manager, restart, then enable all items, restart again,  now shows impact measured. Hope this helps.

I tried this last night. Didn't help. Malwarebytes says I'm clean, chkdsk, SFC /scannow now, and DISM report no issues either. I haven't run any 3rd party "deep cleaners" or 3rd party performance apps either as I tend to avoid them like the plague as I do registry cleaners. The only correlation I can think of is the Fall Creators Update and enabling Storage Sense in Settings > Storage. A definite uptick in the number of DCOM errors (the 10016 ones we're told we can "safely ignore") started around the same time.
