I just upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 on my PC. In order for me to access my Microsoft account, I have to log on using the accounts page. When I click to log on to my Microsoft account, the box pops up for 1 second, then closes itself. I have tried multiple times from multiple different screens. I went on Microsoft Edge, and it tells me that I must enable cookies in order to access outlook or to log on to any Microsoft sites. I followed the instructions to enable cookies in the settings... but they are already enabled. I went into my internet option in my computer's settings thinking that may be the issue, and again, cookies are already enabled. Without logging on, I can't use any of the Microsoft features.
