Taskbar Icon context menu colors

Hi, Just bought a tablet (Acer Aspire Switch 10E) and all is great except the color scheme of the context menu of the taskbar icons (ie. right clicking a taskbar icon brings up different options depending on program icon). The current color is dark blue with black text - quite unreadable. I've fiddled with different color schemes/themes, but that only changes the border color, not the actual menu colors.

Does anyone know how to change these colors? I have several win8.1 computers and no other displays these menus in this color scheme.
