Kernel mode heap corruption

I've been having this BSOD for a week now when I'm playing The Witcher 3 on my drive D:\ so I updated and ssd's firmware and it's still the same. Then I updated my BIOS and the BSOD went away but it still restarts my machine.

The minidump files indicate an issue with your Graphics card device driver . . .

Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)
Expand the Display Adapters Section
Right click your video card and choose Properties
On the Driver Tab, choose 'Roll back Driver'

Restart your PC once done . . .

If that does not resolve the issue, go to the support page for your device on the manufacturers website, then download and install the video driver they recommend, it may well be an older version to the one you are currently running

I have the same issue. Reducing the Memory clock of my RTX2070 to 400MHz below factory clock through MSI Afterburner solved it for me so unfortunatly I suspect a defect with the card, maybe you have the same problem

I've identified the problem. I've mistakenly inserted my card on the wrong PCIE lane. It was on x4 last time which is supposed to be on a PCIE 3.0 x16 (check your motherboard manual).

What a coincidence, I got the same crash playing the same game... As many other here... 

It might be something with the game AND the graphic driver together and the way the updated windows kelnel handle things.
