Names and e-mails that are NOT on my Contact list appears!

Hi, I'm using Windows 10 e-mail. This only happens in Windows 10 and not Hotmail. When I'm ready to write a NEW e-mail in the box that has "TO" in it, This is the box that you typed in the name or e-mail address of the person that you are writing the "New" e-mail to. When you typed in the first letter of that person's name in the "TO" box a drop down box appears with that person's name and one or more of that person's e-mail addresses. But, now with Windows 10 e-mail, there are a list of e-mails in that drop down box that are not in my Contact list etc. I have no idea how it got there etc. These seem to be e-mail addresses of Spam etc. How did it got on my PC when I never wrote to them etc. My question is how do I permanently remove them from my e-mail or drop down list. I have tried this but it doesn't work, I would sample click their name and e-mail into the "TO" box and the name and e-mail address would appear in the box, but then I right click it, there it has to option to "removed" it, But, it just removes it from the "TO" box but it doesn't permanently remove the names or e-mail addresses. How do I fix this? I never had this problem with my Hotmail accts.

Hi Samson,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Kindly check if the contacts that appear in Mail app is present in People app of Windows 10.

If yes, try to delete them and check if you still face an issue.

First of all these are "NOT" contact people on my contact list. These emails addresses seem to be addresses that might of been a junk email addresses that I had deleted and never replied to it. Lets say for example, I have a contact with the name "Bob" and when I type the letter "B" in the send "TO" line in the Windows 10 Mail app my contact's name starting with "B" appears along with any other odd e-mails addresses that are not on my contact lists and all are spam e-mail addresses. My original question was how to get rid of these odd e-mail addresses when they are not on my People contact list. This appears for "ALL" letters. If I could manually delete them from my contact list I would, but they are not there and again these seem to be spam e-mails addresses. In the first place, how does a spam address end up in my Winodws 10 mail app drop down box when I type a letter in the send "To" box.
