Setting up ATT.net account on Office 365 Outlook

I am trying to set up my att.net email account in Office365 outlook and keep getting TLS API failure occurred Error 0x80090326.  
Hi Linda,

May I know which Outlook client version are you using? See What version of Outlook do I have?

Make sure that whether you are using correct port settings and the address of your Incoming /Outgoing mail server. Here is the article for your reference, please see under "Find your POP and IMAP server settings" to see whether you can find your email provider from the dropdown box to find your server settings. 

If you still having problem, please contact your ISP technical support to get your account information (such as Port settings and the address of your Incoming/Outgoing mail server). Or contact your email account administrator to get the exact information.
