Customize default contact form in Outlook 2010 - layout changes to old version??

I would like to add a couple fields to the "General Tab" of the default Contact Form. When I go to "Design this Form" it automatically changes into an old layout. Is there someway to update this?

No, there is no way to change it. You need to customize p.2.
