Office 365 Home Premium would not activate. error: 0x5

I have an Office 365 Home installed on my computer and would not activate. It sais: Sorry, there was a problem while trying to connect to your account. Error code: 0x5

correlation id {2A03F00D-6126-4BD3-9678-21E6229A9CA1}

and on the office.com/myaccount it sais: an error has ocurred. we can't move to the next step.please try again later. {41053c2b-da36-4c9f-beba-f2c081c6e7cf}

I need additional information before we proceed:

1) How are you trying to activate the Office suite?

2) Did you repairing the Office suite and follow all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article below? If no, I suggest you to try the same and see if it helps.

If you've already followed all the steps and issue still persists, I suggest you to manually uninstall the Office suite following instructions mentioned in the article below, re-install it and then try activating it.

IMPORTANT: Ensure to back up complete registry following steps mentioned in the article below as manual uninstallation involves in deleting the registry entries.
