XBOX Marketplace popup

So every time I start Halo Reach as of late, I keep getting this message saying there is available content at the xbox marketplace.  Nothing specific, it just opens up a huge list of what I can get downloaded in Halo Reach or for my avatar.  I haven't purchased the defiant map pack and don't plan to; maybe thats the reason? Is there any way to disable this message?  It's starting to get annoying.

I just get a message telling me about cR Jackpots.

Best you can do is just grin and bear with it if it continues. I don't think there's a way to disable it. It's a server thing, really.

We already have Defiant and Noble, but the licenses are tied to my son's account. So I still get the popup for them.
