Waiting for 5 players!

It's my first time playing online and I've been trying for hours to connect to a match.

It keeps telling me that it's waiting for more players/searching for player. Sometimes it finds one or two, but they leave soon. I have tried clearing the cache, I have turned my console on and off, I have reset the connection, but nothing helps!!! Oh, and I have set everything to "open" and/or "any"

Please help?!

Sounds like bad luck or you dont have one of the add-ons. I know that happened to me a lot on mass effect 3 and i couldnt find a match and when i did it was never full but it turned out that i was missing one of the multiplayer add-ons and once i got it, i was with everyone else. You might try looking into that.
