Hello

My xbox live account is United Kingdom, The console is UK, live account UK, Points are UK, IP address UK. But getting the message "This offer is not valid in your region, or it has expired." when tying to purchace Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas or GTA IV via games on demand. This occurs regardless of doing via xbox or website.

 

A few days ago (27th May) I purchaced Battlefield Bad Company 2 via games on demand no problem and previously before that have got Red Dead Redepmtion.

 

Anyone know of anything to solve my strange problem, the very basic troubleshooting is no help.

It's your ISP gateway the work around  is goto a friends house and download it using your account ( only if you have a invalid region error)

Even though my IP address identified as being within England I disconnected and re-connected for a new IP. This has corrected the issue. Thank you ngocphi for the assistance in this matter.

-disconnect your internet for a few minutes and try again

-take your console to a friends house and try again

I had purchase an Xbox From USA & a KINECT

the KIINECT was supplied with a downloadable Redeem code

but when i tried to redeem my code it gives me

This offer is not valid in your region, or it has expired

i am using the XBox in another country not in the USA

does that affect my redeeming for my code ??

please advice me what to do ?

Not much usually we suggest you buy games from your actual region

Buying out of region you have to take into consideration that some things don't cross borders including dlc

either way take it up with the retailer
