There was an orange link at the bottom of xbox.com saying my account gamerscore has been removed and then it showed a link saying more info.i clicked on it and it said my account will say cheater when people view it and i cant get the achievements that i had before.it said i was using banned tools to enhance my gamerscore,but i wasnt.It might have been the person who stole my account because my account was recently hacked and i got it back about a month ago but the gamerscore is still there.WILL IT BE HACKED AGAIN????please help

Sorry I forgot to answer your last question OP. Accounts can not be hacked on LIVE, no one can gain your wlid and password so accounts are always lost due to human error.
Also they can be phished so.
1, Never share your account info with anyone on LIVE.
2, Don't visit sites promising free MSP or membership as these are usually designed to steal your info.
3, And if possible only use the wlid attached to your LIVE account solely for your LIVE account.
I have followed these rules since joining the service and have never had an issue with my account.

If you open an unauthorized access case with phone support and they find in your favor the cheater watermark can be removed, but the reset will never go away. It doesn't matter who modded a score, just that is is modded.
