how to disable automatic subscription for 1month??

hey guys im having trouble disabling my xboxlive 1month subscription... for some reason it is enable.. and now i want to disable it how do i go about doing this... i went to accounts manage > payment and bill > manage payment and billing.. then i tried to remove the 1 month auto subscription but it wont work?? any ideas?

To disable you need to call customer support and request it.

If you want to enable it, just pay for a subscription with your credit card.

yep gotta call Microsoft customer support to canceled your automatic renew i had to do it when i didn't want Xbox live anymore
