hmm.... whats missing here....

I recently lost my internet connection due to inability to pay in a broke society..... i tried to go to my library and get connected there to re update some of my missing content and believe me i got a lot of missing content is there another way for me to download my content without having to have my xbox.... i mean hell i got over 400gb in flash drives and a 500gb flash drive hard drive(asus G73)

 

No, the only way to update your content is for the console to be connected to XBL. Instead of a library internet connection you should try a friends/family members connection. Some public places that offer internet service block certain ports and it may affect your downloads.

Actually this library doesn't block the ports because they have LIVE (Wii, PS3, 360) competitions all the time during the summer :) they told me i need to get a WiFi Connector(xbox one) and i should have no problem
