Error Code: 80190864 advice, please?

So hey fellow Xbox gamers, for a while I have had this error code. So after a while I stumbled across Microsoft's billing and Account site. Turns out I owe Microsoft money,  which they need me to update my credit card for. So Microsoft, if I edit the credit card and pay all debts. Would I receive the remaining days of Live, or am I screwed over and receive no Live? Because I actually plan to pay the debt today. Please reply.

If you owe money to Microsoft that must be repayed or you will not be able to get online or add points on your current account.  As far as getting back on live if you pay your debt, I can't say for sure what they would do.  Your best bet is to call up support and ask to speak with billing for that.

Check your account at https://billing.microsoft.com and it should show you how much you owe. If you don't see it, you will have to call support to find out.

@Western - you should create a new thread detailing your issue instead of reviving a year old one.

However, you can cancel auto renew at the link below.  

live.xbox.com/Account

Simply click Change underneath where is says Automatic Renewal.  If you have issues with that you would need to call support.

If your service does not use auto renew then you just have to wait until it runs out.
