Can't purchase MS Points?

This has never been a problem until today. I've been excited about the SSF4 AE and I wanted to download it, so I had to buy microsoft points. After choose how much MS Points I wanted i tried to purchase it, but then this message shows up "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one." So i followed this thread http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/27/t/32.aspx, and did what it said. After that, I jumped down the stairs to my tv, and I randomly managed to buy 500 MS points, but I needed 500 more and tried again, but then the same message as before showed up.

I've contacted xbox support and my bank, and there is no problem what so ever with my credit card. If someone have a solution to this problem, I would really appreciate it.

Have you tried to updating your payment option from your console and online? Make sure the 2 match. then try again. You may also want to try to remove your payment option and add it again. I suggest doing both online and on the console to ensure you remove it completely. if that does not work contact support via chat or telephone by requesting them call you.

Make sure all of the payment information is correct. If it is my other suggestion is to buy a MS Point card. It gets rid of the hassle of problems during payment.
