something simular here, I purchased the map pack, it took my points, but does not register at all, no downloads, I got an error that "some services were unavailable"

I put in a ticket with Mircosoft so I atleast can get my points back as there is no record in my history that i added new points, only that i have downloaded the new map pack.....strange...anyone can keep me posted on this issue let me know

Hi, I'm having the same problem, but I asked my family in canada to do it on their console because I'm in a foreign country other than USA and UK, I'm like in the middle east or something for life. So as I was saying, my MP Points were used, it was downloading but  it was downloading like this 1% to 98% after 5 seconds. I actually thought it worked so I checked my Zombies map list, nothing was there...

SO THE REAL PROBLEM IS IM IN KSA AND I ASKED MY FAMILY IN CANADA TO JUST MAKE IT GET INTO THE ACTIVE DOWNLOADS SO I CAN DOWNLOAD IT HERE BUT WHEN I DOWNLOAD IT IN SAUDI ARABIA  IT DOWNLOADS NOTHING (sorry for caps, I'm just really pissed fellows) in 5 seconds it finished it's like it downloaded 5KB. PLEASE HELP ME. I'm desperate people.

Since the content is region locked you won't be able to download it in Saudi Arabia. Your account region and your physical location have to match in order to download region locked content. There's no way around it.

you need to get an account where you actually live in

dlc can always be redownloaded in the download history in the account setting

but if your physical region does not match your account region then you must make an account that does
