I sent in my xbox one to have the disc reader fixed as my xbox one was have trouble reading games. All the while, I was under 2 year extended warranty so this issue should have been covered. Instead, the xbox was sent back to me two weeks after I sent it in not repaired and in worse condition then I sent. I was told that my xbox warranty is voided, because APPARENTLY it had been opened and "tampered" with despite the sticker on the back still being there from the time I had purchased it. My two year warranty has just expired yesterday and I received the xbox today from the mail and I was told that for the xbox to get fixed, i would need to pay. I am a bit frustrated that my xbox came in WORSE condition than it was sent in. The games I would put in the xbox would go in all the way before I sent it in. Now, the games wont even go in all the way and stay stuck half way in and out of the xbox.
Warranty is worthless
