PES 2012 - Gameplay Videos

Looks like a decent improvement over 2011, though I've only watched the first 2 videos and the shaky camera is annoying.

Awesome, managers walking about their technical areas and waving their arms, etc. Hope there's a Manager Editor, to give them a generic appearance... Don't want a dark haired guy as Arsenal manager for example.

owned these games from the first one on ps1 ,the last one i bought was 2009 as i was fed up of buying the same game over and over and to be honest this one still looks the same as every other one.i know there is only so much you can change in a football game but come on,at least try.

Ever since PES came to this 'gen', it's admittedly been on a downward spiral. I think last years game was a great improvement for the series. After playing the 2011 demo, I couldn't play the 2010 game anymore, it felt so robotic. (as people put it) That 2011 felt REALLY fluid and smooth. I guess 2011 will feel robotic when I play the 2012 demo, too.

This one is already looking more polished than 2011 and those videos say it's from an older build.

I saw a few new animations among the videos and just hope they make them look more fluid. Least the penalty angle has been put back... I prefer Fifa's penalty system though, with the 'invisible target' ... Don't know why people hate it - It's more realistic as it puts more pressure on you, not just a simple 'pick your spot, goal' thingy.

The makers should consider a downloadable update each year for those who bought it the previous year, with the one or two changes they make, instead of charging full price for a "new" game.there is no way to justify paying the price of a full game for these tiny improvements year after year.

The same could be said for any sports games really, though. Like racing games, there's only so many ways you can replicate the movement of a car, so why not stop making new games, and just release DLC tracks & cars for the ones already released?

[/quote] i agree yes all sports sims should have the option to download the latest version at a cheaper price instead of purchasing the whole game again, and with todays technology its perfectly possible.i dont think racing sims are the same though as you can design an infinate amount of tracks ,cars, race types, countries so they can always build on and improve them much more than other sports sims.
