noisy internal hard drive#

hiya,just bought a brand new 250gb slim 360 and the internal hard drive make quite a loud clicking noise when its reading/writing,? is this normal or could it be faulty?thanks in advance...bobbytinn

Try removing and then re-inserting the drive to see if this helps. The drive itself should not be making noise like you're describing.

You may also want to see how the 360 is positioned. If it's upright or laying flat. This could be causing some issues as well.
