Need some help

I put my card details onto xbox ages ago to get 3 months gold and got them fine , 3 months latter however the account took £15 or however much it is out of my account again to renew the 3 months without my permision ... which is shurly not on?

Now that 3 months has run out again and instead of let it take more of my money i tried to remove my card from the account but underneath it says 'payment option can't be removed as payment overdue' or something like that.

 

I bought 3 months , not 3 months with Microspft taking more and more money out of my account everytime it runs out without my permision.

 

Can someone help me? or is there anything i can do?

If you read what it says when you are confirming a purchase for a subscription on a credit card, you will notice that it says that the membership will continue to renew at the then current price until it is cancelled. (see the purchase confirmation screen on the console)

The reason why you cannot remove the Credit card is because there is an active subscription on it.

The best thing for you to do would be call customer support and ask them to cancel the auto renewal, then when the sub runs out you will be able to remove the Credit card from the account.

If you are getting this message then you will need to resolve that billing issue before you can turn off auto renewal. Then once that is resolved follow the advice in the post above to remove the credit card.
