Microsoft Tweets Sony Congratulations on PS4 Launch

There are two other threads on this I believe, but yes, it's nice of them for sure.

Them telling Sony "Congrats on your Launch" for the world to see is just something to show that Microsoft and the Xbox crew are a bunch of good guys. Behind the scenes, Im sure their grinning ear to ear with the issues on PSN, crashes and fan noise. The more trouble Sony has, the more people jump ship.

I see you point A Game Of PWNs and thats how this bussiness usually works, but I dont really think it matters if they mean it or not, just saying something positive like this is a nice change for company of this size,  made me feel happy I'm a part of xbox and I'm sure more people feel this way

I suppose your right. I like MS and Xbox as a company. But after Xbox launch, I just don't believe anything M.Nelson has to say. If it was Gates or anyone else I would have thought them serious.

It is a good gesture. Whether they mean it or not, it looks good. I know that both companies have had their heated words against one another, but I do feel like Sony has been trying to throw down the Xbox through words in some presentations and what not. So at the same time, I feel that while this is showing respect for a fellow company, I feel like this is the "stab" in which is greater for Microsoft than for Sony when they were calling out the Xbox. Just my opinion on the matter.

Why is it so weird that people say this? I mean, he was told once he used steroids, and that was in 2003 when they did a testing that couldn't get you suspended. They never even told him what he took, and he wants to know what he took too. Right until proven guilty, and he never even got suspended or anything for steroids. Otherwise, many people use steroids in the MLB. Happy to see that they are finally cracking down though. If you think that not everyone uses steroids, think again, cause Ryan Braun, who was one of the best in the league used steroids. And if he did, I am pretty sure up to half the league have at one times used them.

Wow, that's a bit off topic. Interesting too though since I didn't realize that A-Rod was traded to the Sox.

It was a classy move...I don't think it was a surprising move.  It would be nice if it helped to a degree to hype down some of this over the top hysteria between the 2 sides.
