Keep getting signed out - "signed in elsewhere"

i signed into a friends Xbox once and now he has access to my gamertag and keeps signing in. This is very annoying as it signs me out and kicks me off my games! I've been on my Microsoft account and the resent activity doesnt even show Xbox (Pointless). I also changed my microsoft account password, but that hasnt been asked for on my Xbox (again - pointless). I really have no idea what im supposed to do to secure my xbox account.

Ok Xbox finally asked for the password, so it just took an hour to go through.
