How connect to the live without code

Hi!

I subscribed to an Xbox live account for 3 months but I didn't recieve any code or password to use on my Xbox and so I don't know what to do to link my inscription on internet and my Xbox live profile...

It also appears that my email adress is already used for an other account  but in fact it's not so i can't create a new profile the windows email adress with witch I signed in.

I'm sorry for my bad english, I hope somebody will be able to help me because i'm a little lost....

It sounds like you made a new account online and you need it on your Xbox.

 

What you'll need to do is start up your Xbox 360.  At the dashboard, hit the Guide button and select Recover Gamertag.  All you have to do is follow the on-screen instructions and you should be good to go!

 

Be sure that when it asks for your Windows Live ID and Password, you use the same one that you use to log onto the forums with.

If you were logged into your account when you subscribed it will be added to your account automatically you will not get a code.
