So I'm having an issue with disconnecting from Live every 5 or so minutes. I can log back in just fine, then five or so minutes later it does it again. Here's the thing, though: it only happens when I'm playing Fallout: New Vegas. When I exit the game, it logs back in just fine on it's own and stays logged in. I tried calling the customer support, but to be honest the agent I spoke with didn't seem to really know what he was doing. Anyways, here's the requested info:
What Country/State/Province do you live in? - Colorado
Modem brand & model number: Ubee Cable Modem DVM3203B
Router brand & model number: Asus Wireless N Router RT-N11
Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired - Wired
Things you have tried: Power cycling router/modem, connecting directly to modem, forwarding ports, cleared cache, reinstalled game
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown - Yes
Is NAT Type Open? - Yes
Any Error Codes you encounter: No Error Codes Given. Only says "Disconnected from XBox Live" when it happens.
What type of internet do you have? Cable
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? - Comcast
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen? There is no "More info" option, but when I select Status, I get this:
W:0000-000B
X:0000-F001
Y:20A8-4840
Z:0000-0000
ID: FFFF-FFFF
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
