Child to parent account

So to get my frustration out of the way of how *** stupid XBL is Im *** 20 years old and have had XBL for 4 years and put in my correct birth date when i got XBL to only figure out I can *** view adult content. So, like a good person I waited 2 years and when I was 18 nothing changed. AND NOW im 20 years old and this *** still wont change. IM NOT A GOD DAMN CHILD IM 20 LIVING BY MYSELF AND PAYING FOR MY OWN THINGS. It still says I need a parent account to approve of my *** and I only have one email adress linked to my account so this makes no sense at all. Ik this new ToS update is *** everyone including me but seriously. Im 20. not 16. 

Hey there ir4k! No worries at all!

You'll need the parent account information one more time so that you can accept the ToU. Once you've done that, you can promote your child account by following the steps in that guide.

After that, you're good to go and your account will be an adult account. Let us know if you have any questions. =)

Thatd be all dandy if we could all actually access the long gone parent account to which the recovery form is impossible to fill out without access to.
